Autumn-themed 30th Birthday Party

Today is a very special day. My one and only sister is turning the big 3-O. We celebrated her birthday yesterday and had an amazing time. She had a vision of what she wanted her party to look like and it came out perfect. I will share some of her birthday party details including the photo backdrop, dessert table and decorations.

Before I share them with you, I would like to take a moment to express the gratitude I have for another year of this beautiful lady’s life. Having the opportunity to celebrate such an important milestone with her makes my heart so happy. Thirty years have flown by and I am so grateful to have made so many great memories with her. From watching her come home from the hospital as a newborn, to watching her walk down the isle in a stunning white dress, I have been thrilled to have been part of her journey.

One of the best parts of being her sister has been having her as my friend. She is an incredible person and I know if she wasn’t my sister, I would love her just as much. I have never met anyone who is as happy and passionate about life as she is. She is literally always smiling so BIG! She gets so excited over the smallest things and that makes her a joy to be around. Her smile, her laugh, her excitement is like no other. She is talented, fearless, loving, funny, charismatic, artistic, and did I mention GORGEOUS? Guys, I can go on and on because she is amazing and her qualities are endless. I think the best part about her is that she is genuine. What you see is what you get. She is most definitely living up to the high standards God has set for her.

Autumn-themed Photo Backdrop

When deciding her birthday theme, my sister stated she wanted an autumn vibe with neutral tones. We created this photo backdrop by adding some fabric, neutral and gold balloons, and rose gold number balloons. This was the perfect setup for her to take pictures with her guests.

For the dessert table, my sister created this autumn themed table with lots of neutrals and a wine-colored runner for some color. The candle sticks and holders can be found at Hobby Lobby. I think it came out very cute and created that warm and cozy vibe she was going for.

We love Nothing Bundt Cakes and this was the perfect themed cake which they have for a limited time during the autumn season. By the way, please disregard the smudge of the frosting. I'm not sure what happened there. Either way, it was so delicious and was completely gone before the party was over.

We also love the little bundtinis as you can get a variety of flavors to offer your guests different options. We chose to get pumpkin spice and snickerdoodle and I think they complimented the fall theme very well.

Needless to say, we all had a great time at my sister's 30th birthday bash. Her vision came to life and she was so happy. She was surrounded by family and friends and was poured with lots of love. Here I am wishing and praying for many more birthday celebrations with my awesome sister. She is my unconditional and loyal friend. She was the perfect gift sent from God and I will forever be grateful.
